The time has come again for our Ladies' SPARK! This is a great time for moms and wives to get away and be spiritually refreshed.
It is our privilege to invite you to this women's rally, which will be held on Friday, April 1st, 2016 from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. Ladies' SPARK! is always an exciting time of fun and fellowship! This year we are thrilled to have Jeff and Pam Copes from Oklahoma City, OK, as our special speakers. Ladies SPARK! is a great opportunity for your ladies to mingle with ladies from other churches and to make friends and encourage each other.
We have compacted our activities into a full eight hours as opposed to an overnight retreat. These activities include teaching sessions, music, games, refreshments, fellowship and crazy fun! There is a cost of $30 per person (if registered by March 21st). After this date the cost will be $35. Lunch and dinner will be provided. There will be no childcare available, so, mothers, please be sure to make other arrangements.
This year's theme is "Storybook Village". It is all based on children's stories. Satan has a way of making things that are fictitious seem like truth. We need to know the truth from God's Word. We need to know the difference between what is true and what is just a "fairy tale". We are praying that the Lord will bring new vitality to women's hearts through Ladies SPARK! 2016. There will also be a costume contest to go along with the theme. The costumes must be a church effort. All those who wish to participate from your church must pick characters from the same story. (You are not required to be in costume to attend.) Remember, whatever costume you choose must be modest.
